An amazonite NYF pegmatite unusually rich in Be and As minerals.

Tennvatn is the largest known Devonian pegmatite in the region and was exploited for amazonite gemstones. This pegmatite is a 25-m-long irregular body.

Description: Larsen et al. (1999) anlysed one sample of a black tourmaline and concluded it was a schorl, but the F content was not determined; therefore it may be a fluor-schorl (Kolitsch et al., 2011). Both schorl and fluor-schorl were subsequently confirmed Kolitsch et al. (2013) for another sample.
