Tin-polymetallic sulfide deposit in Upper Devonian black shales, consisting of vein-type ore bodies in the upper part and stratiform ore bodies at the bottom.

This mine jointly works the Tongkeng and Changpo tin deposits. Among others, they include the ore bodies nos. 91, 92, 94, 95, 96, 100 and 105. The ore bodies no. 95 and no. 100 are rich in antimony.

The Zn–Cu ore bodies crop in the contact zone between the concealed Longxianggai granitic pluton and the calcareous mudstone and marl of the middle Devonian Luofu Formation (D22-l). There are three roughly parallel stratiform ore bodies, No. 94, No. 95, and No. 96, with ore bodies striking 58° to 65° and dipping 328° to 335°. The No. 94 ore body extends for 140 to 400 m along strike and 0.52 to 20 m in depth. The No. 95 ore body extends for 1500 m along strike and 0.66 to 31.76 m in depth. The No. 96 ore body has a strike length of 2235 m and an average thickness of 8.74 m.

The largest deposit in the Dachang orefield. World-class, superlarge, polymetallic tin deposit consisting of lower skarn zinc–copper ore bodies and upper tin polymetallic ore bodies.
