Oploca mine


The Oploca vein system trends nearly east-west and lies on the southern margin of the group of veins exploited by the Pirquitas Mine. Originally worked underground via a crosscut from the San Miguel shaft, it will now be worked in the open pit, currently in the early stages of excavation.
