A Copper-nickel-platinum group minerals deposit in the Quill Creek complex.

Discovered in 1952, briefly mined in the early 1970s. A large number of Pt-Pd minerals disseminated in Pyrrhotite made up the ore, including the new mineral Owensite. Barkov et al. (2002) indicates that the Pt-Pd minerals occur in all the Pyrrhotite but are very fine grained. The predominant PGMs in the massive Pyrrhotite are Merenskyite and Moncheite.
