Alteration: Silicification, Oxidation
Deposit: Irregular oxidized bodies in fusselman dolomite, some localized near contacts with granodiorite porphyry dikes. Ore bodies in ordovician limestone, which contains many narrow vugs commonly lined with calcite crystals and some larger ones with stalactites and stalagmites. Dikes probably directly related to the intrusion at santa rita and hanover. This record includes data from record w006781 by sue a. Development: Discovered in 1866, with major production between 1873-1893.
Geology: Some dikes seem to follow fault planes, dikes cut through all sedimentary units.
