15 km from Wulian County within a volcanic complex. The major axis is approximately 5.5 km long, and the minor axis is approximately 4.5 km long.
Qibaoshan deposit is located in the western part of the Qibaoshan complex, with metal reserves of 232,000 tons of lead and zinc, and 381,261 kg of silver. The ore body is mainly hosted in veins in E and NE-striking shear zone and its extensional splays. Most of the ore body is in the Qibaoshan complex, with only minor late-stage veins occurring on the periphery of the complex.

The ore bodies are predominantly hosted within east–west and northeast-trending fault-controlled alteration zones that are characterized by vein-type Pb–Zn mineralization. The majority of ore bodies occur within the Qibaoshan subvolcanic complex, while a few late-stage mineralized veins are found in the peripheral zones.
