Subvolcanic epithermal telluride-bearing gold deposit, consisting of a cryptoexplosive breccia developed in Paleozoic carbonate rocks and Ordovician dolomite, and controlled by an EW-trending listric fault. The deposit is related to the Early Jurassic Tongshi magmatic complex that formed in a continental arc setting on the margin of the North China Craton. The host rocks are porphyritic and consist predominantly of medium- to fine-grained diorite and hornblende-bearing monzonite.
