Köppen climate type:
The first stage was developed with A-type veins and M-type veins. The A-type veins, i.e., biotite ± quartz veins and quartz ± K-feldspar veins, contains minor chalcopyrite and molybdenite. These veins are of 1–5 cm width with irregular edges, and are stretched and broken. The second stage was generated with B-type veins of quartz + molybdenite + chalcopyrite ± pyrite. These veins were produced throughout the ore-bearing magmatic rocks and their ambient wall rocks, with widths ranging from 2 mm to 10 mm, and occasionally to 20–50 mm. Molybdenite is often formed along the margins of B-type veins, or as straight bands within the veins. Alteration halos are absent from the country rocks of B-type veins, whereas bleached alteration halos are partially observed. The third stage is characterized by C-type veins of quartz + sericite ± pyrite ± molybdenite. Sericite is an index mineral for C-type veins, which were formed after B-type veins, crosscutting the quartz + molybdenite veins. The fourth stage features by Act veins and D-type veins. Act veins are composed of quartz + actinolite ± pyrite ± calcite veins, with widths of 1–2 cm, which cut the earlier A- and B-type veins and are intercepted by later barren quartz veins. D-type veins consist of pyrite + quartz ± chalcopyrite ± chlorite, and feature abundant pyrite with sericite or chlorite halos. D-type veins are occurred with widths of 2–40 mm wide and usually crosscut A-, B-, and C-type veins. The fifth stage involves calcite veins, gypsum ± calcite ± pyrite veins, and kaolinite ± pyrite veins. Crosscutting relationships do not exist among these three types of fifth stage veins, but they were often observed to cut the previous A-, B-, C-, and D-type veins, suggesting that these are the youngest veins.
