Abandoned crushed stone quarry on Monte Sant'Elena. Interesting minerals, originated from sulphide alteration, have been recently found (Balestra, 2009; Balestra et al., 2011; Balestra, 2013; Balestra, 2014). A weak radiometric anomaly was detected in this area.

Tourmaline-bearing quartzite outcrops (as the one along the road to the old quarry).
