Fee locality.

A mineral occurrence located along Rose Road, about 100 meters NW of the classic Mulvaney wollastonite-diopside locality, in a small hill.

This is a separate occurrence from the Mulvaney Property Locality and the Rose Road Boulders.

Zircon age is 1170 Ma.
