Seiland igneous province, North Norwegian Caledonides.
Xenoliths in metagabbro (929 ±18 Ma) associated with paragneisses and metasyenites.
The xenoliths are anatectic pelitic rocks with gneiss foliation.
Three metamorphic stages :
- Contact metamorphism : 930-960 °C / 5-6.5 kb
- Cooling : 700-750 °C / 5-7 kb
- Compressional : 650-700 °C / 8-10 kb
