Lameraux Bridge
An occurrence located 2 miles N of Monroeville. Locally known as Blue Bridge.
Area with concretions that contain well-formed crystals of dolomite, calcite, celestine, baryte and quartz. Copiapite, melanterite series and halotrichite-pickeringite series minerals occur as efflorescent mineral crusts on shale walls. Pyrite is found in the shale as balls with octahedral crystals and disks with cubic crystals.
