Andrej exploration adit was driven in 1984-1990 as the last and not very successful attempt to explore hydrothermal veins with stibnite (Andrej, Antimónová and Peter-Pavol vein) in the central part of the Rožňava antimony deposit. More than 3800 meters of tunnels were driven in total, but only minor and thin veins with stibnite were discovered. Except of hydrothermal quartz veins with stibnite, also hydrothermal quartz veins with sulfides as well as with axinite+tourmaline mineralization were discovered.
