Extensive road cut through phyllite.

Sediments are of Ordovician age. Mineralization occurs in veinlets crosscutting the phyllite at sharp angles. Veinlets are 2 to 5 mm in thickness.

Of interest is the occurrence of three identified REE carbonates.
