Bendougou is a village in the Diakon Commune in the Bafoulabé Cercle of the Kayes Region in Mali.
The transliteration from the Bambara of this village name has not stabilized. The topographic map gives the name as Bindougou, but the government signposts are spelled Bendougou, and locally it is pronounced Bendoukou.
