The locality labelled as "Hårskoltan, Ringvassøy" in mineral collections consist in fact of several sulphide and antimony prospects located on and around the summit of the mountain Hårskoltan. The richest is the area at the east slope just a few hundred meters from the summit and towards north-east. The locality is found southwest of the fjord Grunnfjorden.

The main antimony occurrence, named "Grunnfjord antimon forekomst" (antimony occurrence) is located at the SE slope of Hårskoltan mountain, 400 m.a.s.l. Færden (1968) describes a 2-4 cm to 1 m thick quartz layer impregnated with berthierite.
