A marble deposit/quarry located in sec. 6, T3N, R1W, SBM, about 11.4 km SSW of Lucerne Valley (town), in the northern foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, owned by a cement company. Owned & operated by Pluess-Stauffer, Inc. (100%), California (1990). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters. Currently (2010) actively worked.

Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include unspecified surface openings (a quarry operation is indicated).
