(30-90m a.s.l.) It is a little mine on the left hand of the provincial road from Rio Marina to Cavo (1.5 km before Cavo) between Monte Calendozio and Monte le Paffe.

Mining exploitation started in 1950 and ended in 1968 (exhausted). The main vein was hematite with subordinated limonite and pyrite.

Copper minerals were found in the centre of the stope and today it is possible to find them only in the dumps on the right hand of the road to the sea.
