Temporarily active quarry in Mauthausen type granite.
Located SW of Schlägl (near Aigen).
Owned by the Poschacher company (Fa. Poschacher).
Presently (2021) flooded.

Last visit in August 2016:
Some heavy pegmatites without clefts and without remarkable mineralization, anhedral smoky quartz inclusions.
Sometimes work is in progress, but actually a 'dead quarry', not worth a visit.
