A closed mine.
The deposit is a large, low-grade exhalative-type, massive sulphide body that is overlain by a precious metal rich gossan. The deposit is hosted by quartzose metasedimentary rocks of the Ordovician Patrick Brook Formation (Tetagouche Group).
