A former Cu-Co mine located in the W½ sec. 34, T18N, R1E, HM, 1,300 feet (ca. 396 m) SSW of Low Divide and NE of Crescent City. Mined during the Civil War.

Mineralization is hosted in Josephine Peridotite containing pods of troilite and chalcopyrite.

Workings include a single, now caved, shaft.
