A gold-silver property owned by Gencor. Produced 437,000 tons ore in 1984 producing 1,570 kg silver.
The old Beisa mine (rennamed Oryx mine in late 1980s) has recently become incorporated into the Beatrix mine, becoming shaft number 4 of the Beatrix mine.
The 2014 operating mines list states mine is owned by SibanyeGold and located on farm Leeuwbult 52.
