Alteration: Peridotite Altered To Hornblende And Biotite

Tectonics: Basin And Range

Deposit: Sulfide-bearing material in great eastern deposit averages 0.3% ni. ; info.src : 1 pub lit geologic map and mine plan in needham, 1950. Dike strikes n70e and is vertical. Sulfide minerals are in part interstitial to the silicates in the mafic dikes, and deposits probably are late magmatic differentiates altered by hydrothermal solutions.; unpublished model name: magmatic segregation.

Geology: Dikes intrude prec granitic gneisses. Paleozoic sedimentary rocks overly gneiss.
