A Au-Ag mining district located in T7-11S, R19-20E, in the SE portion of the Galiuro Mountains, in the vicinity of upper Rattlesnake and Kilberg Creeks.

This portion of the Galiuro Mountains consists of a thick series of volcanic flows and tuffs, invaded by dikes and minor intrusive masses and rather complexly faulted.
