Vånne, Evje og Hornnes, Agder, Norge
Vånne is the name of a farm about 7.3 km S of the centre of Evje.
The best-known locality here is the Vånne feldspar quarry, famous for spessartine, allanite-(Ce) and calcioancylite-(Ce).
The coordinates are for the farmhouse.
Apart from the three quarries described here and listed as sublocalities, there is a possible quarry at 58.52169, 7.83184, and likely a prospect at 58.52038°N, 7.84293°E.

Notes on the mineral list:
Samples with thin, dirty, greyish-to-brown elongated pseudomorphs after allanite-(Ce) crystals embedded in a garnet matrix have been labelled as "ancylite pseudomorphs after allanite-(Ce)" from Vånne. A sample investigated by Husdal (2009) showed these to consist of several phases, among them calcioancylite-(Ce). These have been found in the Vånne 1 feldspar quarry.
