The J26 breccia-hosted gold deposit (1.1 t Au, 2.13 g/t) is controlled by the F201 fault. Here, the ore bodies are hosted in the fracture zone of the breccia. The types of breccia mainly include gneiss in the Taihua Group, granite porphyry, quartz porphyry, and andesite in the Xiong’er Group. The upper part of the breccia pipe is mainly composed of fine rock fragments cemented together while the lower part is mainly composed of quartz with sulfide cement. The gold-bearing veins are hosted in the cement and fracture zones, and the other veins cut the granite porphyry and quartz porphyry breccia. The molybdenite veins cut through various types of breccia, cement, and pyrite–milky quartz veins. The alteration of the breccia is dominated by silicic, K-feldspar, chlorite, sericite, and epidote.
