Active nepheline syenite quarry.
The quarry extracts syenitic rocks primarily composed of alkali feldspar, nepheline, pyroxene, and mica. Accessory minerals include analcime, apatite, calcite, cancrinite, titanite, fluorite, lavenite, natrolite, pyrite, pyrochlore, rosenbuschite, rutile, sodalite, tourmaline, zircon, and wöhlerite.
Designated as DGEG quarry number 3631.
