A former small underground Pb-Ag-Au-Cu occurrence/mine located in East-central sec. 13, T20S, R22E and sec. 18, T20S, R23E, G&SRM, about a ¼ mile SE of the Tombstone Extension Mine, 1½ miles SE of Tombstone, on private land. Owned at times, or in part, by the Woronoco Company, Tombstone Mining Company, and the American Smelting and Refining Company (ASARCO).

Mineralization is a deposit hosted in Late Cretaceous quartzite Meso Bisbee Group shale and sandstone. It is comprised of largely oxidized argentiferous galena in vein-like replacements of gougy fault breccia along a strong fault zone intersected by 'northeast' fissures. The Bisbee beds strike E-W and dip 45-50N in the mine area. The ore zone is 42.67 meters long, 15.24 meters wide, and 1.52 meters thick, with a depth to the bottom of 121.92 meters. Local rocks include Pliocene to middle Miocene deposits.

Workings include underground openings comprised of shafts to a depth of 121.92 meters. Workings on 4 levels. The main shoot north of the shaft was worked on all levels, other workings south of the shaft were on the 3rd and 4th levels only. Some intermittent production occurred in the early 1900's and over 40,000 tons of ore were produced from 1930 through 1954 by the group. Production statistics were included under the Tombstone group.

At the north side of the mine dumps was a small smelting operation which worked some of the ores removed from the mine and the north side of the dump is covered in the slag from this operation.
