This adit iswater filled. The rocks near the entrance is dominated by a light green amphibole rich rock with biotite porphyroblasts. In the hillside above the entrance, a quartz-rich gneiss and a softer chlorite-quartz-biotite-amphibole-garnet rock. These rocks contain veinlets and disseminated sulphide ore.

Sphalerite/pyrrhotite and pyrite/chalkopyrite ore has been found in the mine dump.
