Bauhaus is a village and a former municipality in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district, in Hesse, Germany.
Bauhaus is located in the Richelsdorf Mountains and is surrounded by forest. It is located south of the main town of Nentershausen. The state road 3250 runs through the village.
