Kytlice (German: Kittlitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 26.76 square kilometres (10.33 sq mi).

Kytlice lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Děčín, 38 km (24 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 80 km (50 mi) north of Prague.
