A closed mine.
A stratiform sulphide lens in the Broad River Group, intensely altered and deformed, intercalated basaltic andesite, andesite, rhyolitic tuff and associated volcanogenic sedimentary rocks. Diabase, diorite and granite sills and dykes occur in the footwall rocks. A dark green chlorite alteration zone envelopes the sulphides.
