An iron mine started in 1912 and shipping during 1913 - 1918 as the Wapama Mine. In 1918, the mine was brought into the Davidson Group by the Davidson Ore Mining Co., and was exhausted by 1922.

The Davidson No. 4 Mine featured one shaft and workings to 220 feet.

The property description is W1/2-SW Sec. 14, T43N-R35W, which is the 80 acres between N46º6'58", N46º7'24", W88º39'11", and W88º39'30".
