An iron exploration initiated by Coe and Piper prior to 1910, consisting of a test shaft with three levels to a depth of 367 feet. Exploration was resumed by the Mineral Mining Co. in 1948 with the drilling of 21 holes through 1951. Holes are labeled B1 - B21.

The property description is SE Sec. 27 T43N-R35W, which is 160 acres between N46º5'14", N46º5'40", W88º39'30", and W88º40'7".
