Type Occurrence of Hydroterskite
General Appearance of Type Material:
Short prismatic in habit, up to 3 mm in width, and bounded by the {100}, {010}, and {001} prisms.
Place of Conservation of Type Material:
Type material is deposited in the mineralogical collections of the Canadian Museum of Nature, P.O. Box 3443, Station D, Ottawa, Ontario K1P 6P4, catalogue number CMNMC 86896.
Geological Setting of Type Material:
In miarolitic cavities in a nepheline syenite sill.
