Name:
Named for the Mt. Uzumine feldspar mining area. (Udumine is a variant orthography no longer current.)
Inadequate data. Grandfathered as a questionable species. Its existence is doubtful.
Occurs as white acicular crystals in cracks in perthite. [Clark, 1993 - "Hey's Mineral Index"]

Originally reported from Mt Uzumine, Fukushima Prefecture, Tohoku Region, Honshu Island, Japan.
