Located 10 kilometers SE of Mirandela.

Perigranitic mineralization with lateral zoning around a Hercynian leucogranite : stade 1/near the granite (scheelite, wolframite, molybdenite, bismuth, bismuth sulfosalts).
(cf. Freixeda and Lombo da Veiga deposits).
CO2-fluids, 490-550 °C.

Host rocks are Lower Silurian metasedimentary rocks (phyllitic quartzites and black shales).
Biotite zone of amphibolite facies.
Contact metamorphism (granite) : cordierite, andalusite and muscovite.
