Quartzite and sericite schists with seams and concordant laminae, and nests, of kaolinite. "Quartzites" are also mentioned. Talc schists are overlying, while graphite-bearing limestones - underlying.

The tourmaline from a quartz-tourmaline vein is - according to analysis in Lis & Sylwestrzak (orig.: Chmura & Lewowicki 1958) - not schorl. The tourmalines of the "quartzites" themselves belong to the schorl-dravite solid solution. Tourmalines are also mentioned as inclusions in quartz crystals (dark green tourmalines), black tiny crystals in the schists, and in contact-metamorphosed carbonate rocks.
