Deposit: The mine was developed on a vein deposit. The ore occurred in quartz veins.

Deposit type: Epithermal vein, generic

Development: Thomas F. Murphy was the claim owner in 1937.


Several prospects and small mines are located contiguous to the Capital property and Include the Red Cloud prospect, the Sunny South mine, the Iron mine, the Aldebarsn prospect and others. Approximate production was $100,000.
