A former UJ-V occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 24, T41N, R19E, G&SRM (Agathla Peak 15 minute topo map), on the flank of the Monument No. 1 channel (paleochannel). Owned by the Foutz Mining Co. (Industrial Uranium Co.), Farmington, Massachusetts.

Mineralization is an U-V deposit with an ore body about 675 feet long and 75 to 120 feet wide and 1 to 18 feet thick (averages 7 feet thick). The ore body trends N30W. and is located near the northern end of the South channel remnant.

Workings include a small adit.
