Henfwlch was mostly worked in conjunction with Hafan mine. Henfwlch possibly started work before 1750. Recorded development dates from 1850 and was worked on a number of occasions to 1890.
Recorded output is 623 tons of lead ore, 25 tons of copper ore, well short of the probable output.

Given the output claimed above the dumps are remarkably barren.
