Variegated residual rocks originated during Tertiary? weathering of skarns, aplites and granitic pegmatites. These rocks enveloped by the biotite gneisses and migmatites close to the contact with the Třebíč Pluton belong to the Moldanubian Zone of the Bohemian Massif.
