Very small copper slag locality. The copper ore that was smelted here, consisted mainly of chalcopyrite(-pyrite). The secondary mineralogy is dominated by malachite, cuprite and some copper sulphates, as well as jarosite (Kolitsch and Kiseljak, 2022).
An archaeological-mineralogical study (Krause et al., 2025), including dating of the slags, showed that the small smelter furnaces were active in the period between 1350 and 1550.
