A Cu occurrence/prospect located 6.2 miles west of Burnet North of route 29, on private land. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a Cu deposit hosted in the Neoproterozoic Valley Spring Gneiss. Local rocks include Valley Spring Gneiss.

Workings include underground openings (1 adit is shown on the 1967 Council Creek topo map, scale 1:24,000).
