Eldjarn (1978) reports the find of milarite and phenakite and other minerals in cavities in syenite (nordmarkite) found at the sporting stadion and building-sites near Rødtvedt school in the 1960ies.

Rødtvet saw completely different out, with much less houses and roads. At an aerial picture of 1937 there was a lot of blasting done at the given coordinates. Also here are signs of blasting:

These places are completely reclaimed by nature, and it seems to be difficult to expect anything to be found. However, at the given coordinates there is still an exposure of rock, and easily accessible since it is near a sporting stadium.
