Structure: Fracture

Tectonics: Cascade Volcanic Arc

Deposit: Bedrock concealed by pumice and pumicite in 1977; probably also thin layer of ash from 1980 eruption. Fracture zone 15-24 in. Thick consists chiefly of calcite and minor quartz with an outer fringe of iron oxide and gouge. Vein appears mostly barren but contains sparse mineralization location map, map of claims available, moen (1977) ; info.src : 1 pub lit

Geology: Deposit is about 1 mi from spirit lake pluton. Other small intrusions, probably related to flows in area, are nearby
