A pegmatite mine on 5 claims located in the SW¼ NE¼ sec. 22, T50N, R3E (New Mexico principal meridian).

Mineralization is a zoned, 1,800 foot long and 450 to 1,000 foot wide pegmatite body in metadiorite.

Workings include considerable surface workings, a 94 foot deep shaft and an 80 foot long tunnel.
