A lead-zinc mine owned by the Société d'Exploitation Minière en Tunisie.

The mineralisation consists of:
- disseminated Zn–Pb sulphides occurring as lenses in sedimentary phosphorite layers
- cavity-filling calamine-type ores that crosscut Late Cretaceous and Early Eocene limestone.
