A former Sb mine located in sec. 2, T19S, R40E, MDM, 2.7 km (1.7 miles) NW of Ophir Mountain (coordinates of record) and 5.0 km (3.1 miles) NW of Darwin. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Mineralization is veins of stibnite in a dark gray limestone. Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 2 (SE California Carbonate Assemblage).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a vertical shaft.
