Osek (German: Ossegg) is a town and municipality in the Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It lies at the foot of the Ore Mountains, in the northwest of Bohemia. Osek is located approximately 8 km east of the city of Teplice and approximately 15 km from the Czech-German border.

Several silver mines, formerly a part of the mediaeval Mikulov-Hrob silver mining district. At present, it is only sometimes possible to find some modest ore specimens.
